Exclusion of the Right of Withdrawal

The right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts for the delivery of goods that can spoil quickly or whose expiration date would be quickly exceeded (§ 312g para. 2 no. 1 BGB). Since the food offered by Casertas Pizza GmbH | Pizzeria Luigi (such as pizza, pasta, salads etc.) is freshly prepared and highly perishable, a withdrawal of the order as well as a return of the delivered food is excluded. Once the order has been placed and preparation has begun, the contract is binding.
